Welcome! In this video, I show you one way I portion a whole pork loin. There are many ways to do this, but this is how I am doing it today. We will end up with pork strips for frying (Thai style with peanut sauce), butterflied for Jägerschnitzel, double thick pork chops for options after thawing, and two tasty pork roasts destined to be cooked sous vide from frozen.
