A lot has been happening since May 2023!

I put on my chef jacket and went back to work! I’m now the Sous Chef at Crooked River Grill at St. James Bay Golf Resort. I am able to bring my experience and skills to this nice little restaurant close to my home in Florida. The Chef is allowing me to try new things and accepting my input.
My work on Amazon continues when I’m not cooking but the traffic on my websites since I moved to a new hosting company has been abysmal so it’s not really work the effort right now.
I also have been posting on my YouTube channel so you can keep up there too.
